摘　　要：对基于中国移动CMPP3.0(China Mobile Peer to Peer)的短信平台的设计与开发进行了论述。文章以SMS网关的通信原理与开发为主要内容,对如何建立一个合理的软件架构,如何借助数据库管理系统提供的存储过程、作业调度等功能以及对TCP/IP编程、多线程及数据结构的等软件技术的介绍和应用进行了探讨。This paper made a comprehensive exposition about how to design and development the short message service platform based on the China Mobile CMPP3.0. Rational software architecture is necessary and then you should using database management system＇s stored procedures, job scheduling and other software technology such as TCP/IP programming, multithreading, and data structures is the foundation of developing an efficient and stable short message platform.
