摘　　要：对企业物料采购系统的需求、功能等进行了分析,提出了整个系统的总体结构框架,并基于WEB方式设计与开发企业物料采购系统,基本实现了企业物料采购过程的电子化,提高了企业效率。This paper analyzes the demand and function of corporate purchasing system, puts forward the framework of the system, and designs and develops corporate purchasing system based on WEB, which may electronize the process？ of purchasing.
