摘　　要：大学生的思维、情绪以及环境变化都使新型的网络传媒成为影响大学生公民意识的重要途径。在分析当代大学生发展阶段心理特点、大学生公民意识教育的薄弱环节、网络信息时代特点的基础上,探讨网络信息对大学生公民意识养成的作用。The change in the thinking and mood of college students and environmental makes the new-type network media an important way to influence citizenship education for college students. The paper analyzes the role of network in the formation of citizenship of college students, based on the analysis of psychological characteristics of college students, the weak phase in citizenship education for college students and the characteristics of network information.
