摘　　要：某5层框架结构的厂房,要求在保持结构总高度不变的前提下,拆除原3、5结构层梁板,并于其间各增设两层夹层,将其改造为7层宾馆。文章从结构整体防刚度突变、施工阶段结构的稳定、加固构造、新增基础方案等方面就该改造工程的设计理念和设计方案进行了阐述,并提出了施工中应注意的一些问题。A five-storey framework building of a plant is transformed into a seven-storey hotel by removing the existing beams and slabs of 3F 5F and adding two layers between each of them respectively,without altering the original altitude of its structure.This article is aimed to elaborate ideas and design schemes of the transformation project in terms of preventing rigidity from changing,keeping stable in construction phase,structure reinforcement and planning new foundation and so on,meanwhile,the author puts forward some issues to be paid attention to during construction.
