摘　　要：一个人的人生观、世界观和价值观与他的经历是密切相关的。本文通过总结笔者的成长历程,探讨治学理念,意在引导大学生、研究生及年青学者树立正确的人生观、世界观和价值观,营造严谨、科学、务实、创新的学术氛围。本文简述了笔者学习探索、教书育人和科研创新的历程,以及在近60年教学过程中所形成的科研与创新人才培养相结合的育人模式。并将人生经历概括为:年轻阶段要不断学习、不断实践;中年阶段要勇于创新、担当重任;老年阶段应把机会和责任让给年轻人。One＇s outlook on life, the world outlook and the values are closely related with his growing experiences. This paper tries to guide the college students, postgraduates and young scholars to establish the correct outlook on life, the right world outlook and the correct values through introducing the author＇s growth course, to build the strict, scientific, pragmatic and innovative academic environment. This paper introduces the process of the author＇s learning and exploring, teaching and educating, scientific research and innovation. The educating model of scientific research and innovative talents cultivation is presented, which is formed in nearly sixty years of the author＇s teaching. At last, the author summarizes one＇s life experiences as follows： when young one should keep studying and practice, when middle-aged one should innovate and bear responsibility bravely, and when old one should give the opportunities and responsibilities to the young people.
