摘　　要：广西电网公司为推进南方电网公司中长期发展战略落地,提升安全生产水平,开展安全生产一体化管理工作,从"制度、教育、执行、监督"四个关键环节着手,实现"组织架构、业务流程、管理制度、技术标准、工作标准、信息系统、指标体系"七统一,构建了安全生产一体化管理的体系。通过实践与探索,安全意识更强烈、安全氛围更浓厚、管理体系更完善、管理方式更到位。近年来广西电网主要安全生产指标稳步提升,安全生产工作取得明显成效。In order to push forward the implementation of medium and long term development strategy of CSG and promote the production safety level,the work of integrated management of production safety is developed in Guangxi Power Grid.By starting with four key links： ＂system,education,action and supervision＂,the seven unions of ＂organization construction,business process,management system,technical standard,work standards,information system and index system＂ are realized,and the integrated management system of production safety is constructed.By practice and exploration,the safety consciousness is stronger,the safety atmosphere is richer,the management system is more perfect,and the management style is more right.In recent years,main indexes of production safety are promoted steadily in Guangxi Power Grid,and great effects has been achieved in the production safety work.
