摘　　要：安全预警和决策支持是保障电网安全运行的重要手段,是未来智能调度技术的必备要求。基于IEC61970标准的电网安全预警及保障决策支持系统通过建立起一个系统级的电网安全稳定分析和预警的检测体系,实时自动跟踪系统当时的运行状态,发现电网中的各类安全隐患;然后,根据系统处于不同的状态,辨识电网的安全风险等级,给出不同的校正控制措施建议,旨在把潜在的安全问题和电网事故处理在孕育阶段。Security early warning and decision support system is an important measure for the security operation of power system,and a necessary requirement of future intelligent dispatching technology.By establishing a power system stability analysis and early warning detection system at system-level based on IEC61970,the security early warning and decision support system can automatically track the real-time operation status of power system,and find out all hidden security risks,then it can identify the security risk grade according to the status of power system,and propose suggestions for corrective control measures with the purpose of dealing with potential security problems and faults of power system at its incubation stage.
