摘　　要：能效测试与评估对于指导企业开展节能诊断和服务工作具有非常重要的作用。以某水泥企业为案例,介绍了该企业的生产概况及生产工艺流程、电气系统,重点阐述了开展能效测试与评估的方法与过程,并给出了企业节能诊断和改造建议,年节电量近10 GWh。Energy efficiency test and evaluation are very important to the guide of energy saving diagnosis and service to enterprises.A certain cement enterprise whose production situation,technological process and electric power system was introduced and taken as an example to emphasisly describe the method and process of energy efficiency test and evaluation.Suggestions for its energy saving diagnosis and modification were proposed which has been achieved about 10 Gwh electric energy saving per year.
