摘  要:为对烤烟漂浮育苗基质中的质量控制指标容重、pH、孔隙度和腐殖酸进行快速检测和分析,应用傅立叶变换近红外漫反射光谱仪,扫描了全国330个基质样品,筛选了200个左右建立了近红外光谱与育苗基质容重、pH、孔隙度和腐殖酸间的数学模型,对19个样品进行预测。结果表明,各成分近红外预测值与实测值之间的平均相对误差均在10%以内;且近红外预测值与化学法经t检验不存在显著性差异。初步表明近红外光谱分析技术可用于育苗基质中部分成分的快速定量分析。330 substrates were scanned using diffuse reflectance near-infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRNIFTS) and 200 were selected to determin bulk density,pH,bulk porosity and humic acid in substrates of flue-cured tobacco floating system.Correlation models between diffuse reflectance near-infrared Fourier transform spectrum and bulk density,pH,bulk porosity and humic acid,respectively were established and 19 samples were predicted.Results showed that the average relative error between predicted and measured values of the four compositions were less than 10%.There is no significant difference between NIR analysis and conventional methods by t-test.NIR analysis can be applied to rapidly quantitative analysis of substrate components.
