摘　　要：本文根据国际电工委员会(IEC)标准和《建筑物防雷设计规范》的内容,以及《建筑物电子信息系统防雷技术规范》中规定和要求,对雷击电磁脉冲的内容进行了全面系统的分析,数据资料翔实、分析透彻,具有推广价值.This paper analyses regulations and requirements of ＂specification of Lightening proof technology for electronic information system of buildings＂and electromagnetic pulse caused by lightning stroke in a comprehensive and systematic manner based on standards of international electrotechnical commission（IEC） and ＂specification of lightningproof design on buildings＂.The data in this report is full and accurate;reasoning of this report is intensive and it worthy of spreading.
