摘　　要：珠三角地区有着大量的中小企业,由于特殊的产业结构决定该地区的中小企业发展受到知识产权问题的制约。该地区的中小企业知识产权意识较淡薄,知识产权的管理水平较低,同时政府的管理方面也存在不足之处,尤其是对知识产权的优惠政策未真正惠及中小企业。对这些问题进行分析、反思,探讨这一地区中小企业的知识产权战略。There are a large number of small and medium enterprises in the Pearl River Delta, but their development is restricted by the problems with intellectual property because of their special industry structure＇. There is a lack of awareness of intellectual property rights among the small and medium enterprises and the management is inefficient. The government management of intellectual property rights also has its problems. Especially, the preferential policies for intellectual property are not really beneficial for the small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper is intended to analyze and reflect these problems and investigate the intellectual property strategy for small and medium enterprises.
