酮替酚与孟鲁司特对不同白细胞水平的毛细支气管炎患儿疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】探讨酮替酚与孟鲁司特对不同白细胞水平的毛细支气管炎患儿的疗效。【方＇~1320例6个月至2岁的本科住院的毛细支气管炎患儿按白细胞（WBC）水平分成两组（N=160），每纽随机再分别应用酮替酚与孟鲁司特治疗（n=80），比较在不同WBC水平下临床疗效。【结果】当WBC〉15×10^9／L或WBC〈4X10^9／L时，孟鲁司特组比酮替酚组疗效更好，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。当WBC在（10～15）×10。／L或wBC（4～10）×10^9／L时，酮替酚组与孟鲁司特组无显著差别。【结论】孟鲁司特片总体疗效优于酮替酚片，但是WBC在（10～15）×10^9／L或WBC（4～10）×10^9／L时，两药疗效相同，可选用价格便宜的酮替酚进行治疗以节约病人费用。[Objective] To explore the efficacy of ketotifen vs montelukast for the treatment of bronchioli- tis children with different levels of white blood cell（WBC）. [Methods] Totally 320 bronchiolitis patients aged 6 months to 2 years old were divided into 2 groups with 160 cases in each group. Each group received ketotifen and montelukast, respectively. The clinical efficacy was compared among different levels of WBC in order to guide the rational administration. [Results]When WBC was more than 15 ×10^9/L or lower than 4 × 10^9/L, the efficacy of montelukast group was better than that of ketotifen group, and there was significant difference. When WBC was （10 - 15） ×10^9/L or （4 -10） × 10^9/L, there was no significant difference in the efficacy be- tween ketotifen group and montelukast group. [Conclusion] The total efficacy of montelukast tablet is better than ketotifen tablet. When WBC is （10-15） × 10^9/L or （4-10） × 10^9/L, these two drugs have the equal effect. The cheap ketotifen for the treatment can save the patient＇s cost.
