摘  要:目的探讨杏仁核的空间形态与位置的三维重建技术,为颅脑立体定向手术提供可视性的解剖学基础。方法成年健康自愿者,男性20例,女性20例,应用1.5T MRI,在标准的脑立体定向空间做1 mm层厚的MRI轴位脑扫描,在MRI上对杏仁核进行识别、手动分割、提取和三维重建,并对其进行测量与标准化处理。结果建立利用MRI图像三维重建杏仁核技术;重建后的杏仁核立体图像顺滑、清晰和形态逼真,可任意旋转与缩放;重建的杏仁核体积,男性左侧为1373.0~1497.0(1435.0±60.3)mm3,右侧为1312.0~1447.0(1382.0±64.7)mm3;女性左侧为1358.0~1460.0(1394.0±65.1)mm3,右侧为1325.0~1479.0(1417.0±61.4)mm3,左右侧对比、男女对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论杏仁核经计算机三维重建后,脑立体定向手术能通过其图像进行针对性方案设计,降低盲目性。Objective Spatial form of the amygdala and the location of the three-dimensional reconstruction,stereotactic surgery for the brain to provide visibility of the anatomical basis.Methods Adult healthy volunteers,the male 20 cases,female 20 cases,by 1.5T MRI,in the standard stereotactic space in 1mm thick axial MRI brain scan.In MRI,the identification of the amygdala,manual segmentation,extraction and three-dimensional reconstruction,and its measurement and standardization.Results Reconstructed three-dimensional images and smooth the amygdala,clear and realistic shape,free to rotate and zoom.The reconstruction nucleus amygdalae volume,left and right side of the male were 1373.0-1497.0(1435.0 ± 60.3) mm3 and 1312.0-1447.0(1382.0 ± 64.7)mm3,respectively;Left and right side of the female were 1358.0-1460.0(1394.0 ± 65.1)mm3 and 1325.0-1479.0(1417.0 ± 61.4) mm3,respectively.About the side contrast,the men and women contrast the difference had non-statistics significance(P 0.05).Conclusion The three-dimensional computer reconstruction of the amygdala,stereotactic brain surgery,through its targeted programs designed image and reduce blindness.
