摘　　要：目的探讨老年腰椎管狭窄症患者的心理问题。方法采用症状自评量表测量老年腰椎管狭窄症患者的心理健康状况。结果老年椎管狭窄症患者手术后的主要心理问题为躯体化、焦虑、强迫、抑郁和敌对。结论老年椎管狭窄症患者存在较多心理问题,医务人员应根据其心理特点实施护理,以帮助其解除心理障碍,促进康复。Objective To study Lumbar spinal stenosis in elderly patients with psychological problems. Methods The evaluation of psychological disorders of lumbar spinal stenosis patients in elderly was made by SCL-90. Results The main psychological disorders of lumbar spinal stenosis patients in elderly were somatization, anxiety, enforce, depressed and hostility. Conclusion Lumbar spinal stenosis patients in elderly have many psychological disorders, medical personnel should be take care of them based on the psychological characteristics, in order to relieve psychological disorders and improve the rehabilitation.
