摘  要:目的明确星形胶质细胞是否参与原发性高血压进程。方法免疫组织化学染色观察6月龄自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)脑干心血管核团内胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)阳性星形胶质细胞的形态和分布。结果 SHR的孤束核、延髓腹外侧区尾侧部和嘴侧部内有部分GFAP阳性星形胶质细胞出现胞体肥大、突起增粗的活化现象。计数统计结果显示,同Wistar大鼠相比,上述核团内星形胶质细胞总数没有增加,但活化的比例显著增高。结论 SHR脑干心血管调节中枢存在星形胶质细胞活化现象,但其病理生理作用及机制有待于进一步研究。Objective To address whether astrocytes participate in the essential hypertension process. Methods The immunohistochemistry was performed to investigate the morphology and distribution of glial fibrillary acid protein (GFAP) positive astrocytes in the brain stem cardiovascular nuclei of 6 month-old spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR). Results A proportion of GFAP positive astrocytes showed activated phenotype with enlarged cell bodies and branches in the nucleus tractus solitarii, caudal ventrolateral medulla and rostra1 ventrolateralmedulla of SHR. Cell counting further revealed that, compared with Wistar rats, the total number of GFAP positive astroeytes did not increased, but the activated ratio increased dramatically in the above mentioned nuclei of SHR. Conclusion There is activation of astrocytes in the brain stem cardiovascular centre, however its pathophysiological roles and mechanisms warrant further investigation.
