摘　　要：本文在人类进化双重性的前提下，阐述了人类优生行为双重属性的产生及其对人类优生的影响。In the paper,we'll discuss that the human evolution has its double characteristic.As we are anaysing both the producing and the affecting to human's birth hearth,we also propose a way of associating with them.
