摘 要:目的:探讨脑微出血的磁敏感序列(SWI)影像技术表现及诊断价值。方法:对97例脑微出血(CMBs)受检者进行MRI检查(含SWI序列),分析SWI序列四组数据及MPR表现。结果:CMBs在SWI表现为≤10mm的圆形、卵圆形的低信号或以低信号为主的混杂信号,磁矩(Magnetic)、最小密度投影(mIP)与SWI相近,相位图(Phase)呈高信号或以高信号为主的混杂信号,MPR的冠、矢状位呈条形、梭形、水滴状低信号。结论:SWI四组数据及MPR相结合综合分析CMBs的表现,提高CMBs的影像诊断水平,为脑血管损害程度进行精确、全面评价提供更多的影像学信息。Objective:To investigate the features and the values of susceptibility weighted imaging in the diagnosis of cerebral microbleeds.Methods:97 patients with CMBs underwent MRI examination(including SWI sequences),to analyze four data(magnetic data/ phase data /SWI data /mIP data) and MPR of SWI sequences.Results:CMBs showed rounded or ovaled foci of ≤10 mm in size that appeared hypointensity or mixed-single intensity in SWI data.The presence of CMBs in Magnetic imaging and mIP imaging was similar to SWI data.Phase imaging showed hyperintensity single or mixed-single intensity.Coronal and sagittal of MPR images show CMBs as strip or spindle or teardrop-shaped hypointensity single.Conclusion:To analyze four group SWI data and MPR features of CMBs could improve the diagnostic level of CMBs and provide more imaging information accurately and exhaustively in cerebral vascular damage.
