高频彩超对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨高频彩超对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断价值。方法:对3～13岁80例小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎患者进行腹部彩超检查,观察肠系膜淋巴结。结果:80例肠系膜淋巴结炎患者淋巴结有明显的不同程度的超声图像改变。CD-FI:显示肿大淋巴结内血流信号增多。结论:小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎有典型的超声表现,高频彩超对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断有重要的临床意义。Objective：To explore the value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnsis of mesenteric lymphadenitis in chindren.Methods：A high frequency color Doppler ultrasound were applied to observe the mesenteric lymphnodes on 80 mesenteric lymphadenitis patients who were of 3~13 years old.Results：The patients of mesenteric lymphadenitis have the obvious and different degrees of ultrasound imagel.blood flow signals increased inside the enlarged lymph nodes under the color Doppler blood flow imaging.Conclusion：Mesenteric lymphadenitis has the particular ultrasound expression.It has the important clinical significance for high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing mesenteric lymphadenitis.
