摘　　要：脑萎缩是阿尔茨海默病(alzheimer's disease,AD)的重要病理变化之一,结构MRI(sMRI)在测量脑萎缩变化及反应AD病变程度方面具有不可替代的作用。现就sMRI作为AD的一个重要生物学标志物作一综述。Cerebral atrophy is one of the important pathological changes,structural MRI（sMRI） plays an irreplaceable role in measuring brain atrophy changes and reflecting AD pathological damages.In this paper,sMRI as one of the important biological markers of AD was reviewed.
