摘  要:目的应用HPLC法测定减肥降脂类中成药中非法添加化学药品洛伐他汀、盐酸西布曲明。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil(钻石)C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×200mm);流动相:0.025mol/L乙酸铵的0.1%乙酸溶液-乙腈(35:65));流速:1.0ml·min-1;测定波长:230nm;柱温:35℃。结果洛伐他汀进样量在3.084×10-2μg^3.084μg、盐酸西布曲明进样量在4.164×10-2μg^4.164μg范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系,洛伐他汀与盐酸西布曲明平均回收率分别为98.25%、100.70%,RSD%分别为1.10%、0.92%。结论此方法简单,快速,准确,重复性好,适用于减肥降脂类中成药中洛伐他汀、盐酸西布曲明为指标的非法添加成分的检测。Objective To discuss the application of HPLC determination of lovatain and sibutramine hydrochloride illegally added in Chinese patent medicine for reducing weight and fat.Methods Rp-HPLC determination was performed on C18 column(5μm,4.6mm x 250mm),the mobile phase was 0.1% acetic acid solution with 0.025mol/L ammonium acetate ─ acetonitrile(35:65),the flow rate was 1.0ml/min,the detecting wavelength was 230nm and the column temperature was 35℃.Result Good linear correlation with the peak area was formed when the sample volume of lovatain was ranged between 3.084 x 102?g and 3.084?g and the sample volume of sibutramine hydrochloride between 4.164x 102?g and 4.164?g;the average yield of lovatain was 98.25%,RSD% was 1.1% while the average yield of sibutramine hydrochloride was 100.7%,RSD% was 0.92%.Conclusions This method is simple,fast,accurate and with good repeatability,it is suitable for the determination of lovatain and sibutramine hydrochloride illegally added in Chinese patent medicine for reducing weight and fat.
