摘　　要：构拟历史语音系统应该遵循内部一致的原则,当其他构拟原则跟一致原则有冲突的时候,一致性原则是否优先不能一概而论,应该考虑音系对历史语音现象及其演变的解释能力。The reconstruction of historical phonetic system should abide by internal consistency in principle.When other principles of reconstruction have contention to internal consistency,one should consider the vigor of phonology＇s illumination to historical phonetic phenomenon and its evolvement.The rule of internal consistency should not always be taking priority.
