摘  要:目的探讨肺表面活性物质(PS)在新生儿肺透明膜病(NHMD)中的疗效。方法将34例新生儿肺透明膜病的患儿分为治疗组和对照组各17例。对照组予以置暖箱保暖、管饲喂养、治疗并发症、维持内环境稳定、呼吸机供氧治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予PS100mg/kg气管内注入。通过用药后6h、24h血气分析,呼吸机参数与上机时间、住院天数、病死率比较分析,分析肺表面活性物质治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的疗效。结果两组病例的血气分析结果、呼吸机参数、平均机械通气时间、住院天数、病死率相比较,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论 PS在治疗新生儿肺透明膜病中可以明显改善其转归,缩短机械通气时间和住院时间,降低病死率。Objective To investigate the effect of pulmonary surfactant (PS) in the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease (NHMD). Methods 34 patients with hyaline membrane disease were divided into treatment group and control group( 17 cases each). The control group was set to heat incubators, tube feeding support, and treatment of complications, maintain homeosta- sis, breathing machine oxygen therapy. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was treated with PS 100 mg/kg intratracheally. 6 h and 24 h blood gas analysis, ventilator parameters and computer time, hospital stay, mortality were analyzed. Re- suits The blood gas analysis, ventilator parameters, the average duration of mechanical ventilation, length of stay and mortality were statistically significant between the two groups. Conclusion PS in the treatment of hyaline membrane disease can significantly improve the outcome and shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation and hospital stay and reduce mortalitv.
