综合疗法治疗百草枯中毒疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察综合疗法对百草枯中毒的临床效果。方法患者40例分为对照组(n=16)和综合疗法组(n=24)。对照组给予洗胃导泻,保护胃黏膜,脱水利尿,常规剂量激素,必要时机械通气,支持对症等;综合疗法组,在常规治疗的基础上给予思密达、药用炭、泥浆水等吸附剂,随后给予20%甘露醇导泻;尽早进行血液灌流以清除血液中的毒物;大剂量甲基强的松龙、环磷酰胺冲击,防止肺纤维化;血必净、依达拉奉清除氧自由基及各种炎症介质,调节免疫,改善微循环,保护血管内皮细胞;必要时机械通气等综合治疗;观察患者临床病情转归。采用χ2检验,使用SPSS13.0软件包处理数据。结果对照组有效率为31.25%,综合疗法组有效率为75.0%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.52,P<0.01)。结论综合疗法在百草枯中毒的治疗中疗效显著优于常规治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combination therapy on paraquat poisoning patients.Methods Forty cases of paraquat poisoning were divided into two groups.Control group was given gastric lavage and catharsis,protection stomach mucous membrane,dehydration,diuretics,corticosteroids,and mechanical ventilation treatment.On the basis of the conventional treatment,combination therapy group was treated with Smecta,Medicinal Charcoal Tablets or slime water,diarrhea by mannitol,poison elimination by hemoperfusion,methylprednisolone and cyclophosphamide to prevent the lung fibrosis,oxyradical elimination by Xuebijing and edaravone.The transformation on patients’ condition was observed.Results In the control group,the efficiency rate was 31.25%.And in the combination therapy group,the efficiency rate was 75.0%,there was significant difference between the two groups（χ2 =7.52,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Combination therapy was much better than conventional treatment in paraquat poisoning.
