摘　　要：党的十七届四中全会首次明确提出了"党的建设科学化"的重大命题。党的建设科学化既是党的历史经验的总结,也是世情国情党情的根本要求。推进党的建设科学化,必须以科学理论指导、以科学制度保障、以科学方法提升、以改革创新精神推进。″CPC′s scientific construction″ is a big proposition raised first at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee.CPC′s scientific construction is the sum-up about the historical experience of our Party as well as the fundamental requirement on the world conditions,the national conditions and the Party conditions.Promoting CPC′s scientific construction must be guided by the scientific theories,supported by scientific system,ascended by the scientific method and propelled by the spirit of the reform and innovation.
