摘 要:对紫木节及替代粘土泥浆的水分、比重、细度、流动性、触变性、pH进行了对比分析。应用正交试验方法,研究了粘土复合应用替代紫木节原料的最佳方案。试验结果表明:利用长白山高岭土、苏州土、龙岩土、东北黑泥,通过合理的复合使用,能够替代紫木节。本试验条件下,取长白山高岭土13%、龙岩土4%、苏州土1%、东北黑泥3%时的复合方案为优选方案,泥浆的流动性、触变性等性能与紫木节泥浆性能相近。长白山高岭土比其它三种粘土更为明显地影响泥浆的流动性和触变性。This article conducted a comparative analysis on the moisture,specific gravity,fineness,mobility,thixotropy,and PH of purple knar clay and substitutive clay mud.Through orthogonal experiment,the article studied the preferred plan of composite use of clays instead of purple knar clay.The results show that the rational composite use of Changbaishan kaoline,Suzhou clay,Longyan clay,and Northeast black mud can substitute purple knar clay.Under this experimental condition,the preferred plan is the composite plan which is composed of 13% Changbaishan kaoline,4% Longyan clay,1% Suzhou clay,and 3% Northeast black mud and the performance,such as the mud's mobility and thixotropy,is close to that of purple knar clay mud.Changbaishan kaoline influences the mud's mobility and thixotropy more obviously than other three clays.
