摘　　要：我国中小企业在国民经济中发挥着日益重要的作用。当前中小企业发展面临的最大障碍就是融资难的问题。主要难在内源融资严重不足,融资渠道狭窄,可供中小企业融资的正规资本市场尚未建成;中小企业社会信誉低,银行怕担经营风险,不愿投放贷款。为有效解决融资难的问题,中小企业必须提高经营管理能力和商业信誉,积极发挥银行贷款主渠道的作用,努力拓展融资渠道,不断完善信用担保制度。The small and medium enterprises（ SMES） are playing more and more important roles in national economy. At present, the biggest obstacle the SMES face is financing. The key problems are the lack of internal financing and the blockage of the financing channels. The formal financing market for SMES has not been estab- lished. The banks are not willing to take the risk to grant loan to SMES for fear of their low creditability. To solve the problem, SMES must improve the ability of management and their commercial creditability, broaden financing channels and improve the credit guarantee system.
