摘　　要：介绍了苏州大学文正学院实验教学中心十年来在实验室开放管理中的探索与实践。在更新观念,增强实验室开放意识的基础上,强调了管理和服务。使实验室管理服务从传统的实验教学单一模式,变为充分利用实验室的各类仪器设备,多途径培养学生的动手能力,提升了人才培养的质量。This paper introduces the reason and practice of the open management of experimental teaching center of Wenzheng College of Suzhou University which has been explored and fulfilled for ten years.Based on renewed ideas and enhanced open consciousness,we focus on management and service.By this way,the traditional pattern which only pays attention to experimental teaching changes to a new pattern which focuses on making the best use of instruments in lab,raising the ability of operation via versatile way,thus increasing the quantity of talents.
