摘　　要：阐述在高校不同部门下的教学人员和设备资源的多方合作,通过进行培养国际焊接工程师、大学生课外科技训练与技能竞赛、服务生产企业以及教学与科技创新等多方面工作,提出加强高校人才和设备资源共享,建立教学科研团队,提高教学质量,培养合格工程师和加强科技创新建设的优势和必要性。The thesis explains the tripartite coorperation of personnel matters and equippment resources of different departments to foster international welding engineers , take extra-curricular training and skills competition of college students, serve for productive companies and make innovation in teaching and technology. We put forward the advantages and necessity of sharing talents and resources in universities, establishing groups of teaching and research, improving quality of teaching , cultiva- ting qualified engineers and strengthening constructions of innovation of science and technology.
