摘　　要：介绍了高效液相色谱的组成和液相色谱的适用范围。阐述了流动相、色谱柱、检测器等仪器的使用技术、应用以及日常维护。为液相色谱的初学者提供了一些液相色谱的知识和管理经验。This article introduces the components and limits of using the high-performance liquid chromatography.It also explains technique and the operating procedures of the Liquid Chromatography,the usage and daily maintenance of instruments such as mobile phase,column,and detector in quantitative analysis.It provides basic knowledge and experience of management of liquid chromatography for beginners.
