应用心电向量图诊断心房肥大、心室肥厚的体会

摘　　要：探讨心电向量图诊断心房肥大、心室肥厚的临床价值。应用心电工作站对收集的病例进行观察检测,对比心电图和心电向量图诊断心房肥大、心室肥厚的敏感性、特异性、准确性。结果为心电向量图对心房肥大、心室肥厚诊断的敏感性及准确性较心电图高,且具有一定的特异性。心电向量图在心房肥大、心室肥厚的诊断中可弥补心电图的不足,是值得推广应用的。objective ： to explore the clinic value of the diagnosis of the atrial hypertrophy and ventricular hypertrophy by ECG vector chart. Methods： to observe and detect the eases collected in ECG workstation, to make a comparison of the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy diagnosis betwean the atrial hypertrophy and ventricular hypertrophy by EGG and EGG vector. Results： the sensitivity and accuracy of ECG vector chart is higher and has certain electrocardiogram specificity. Conclusion： ECG vector diagram in the atrial hypertrophy and ventrieular hypertrophy can make up for the inadequacy and it is worthy of popularization.
