补阳还五汤加味治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察补阳还五汤治疗慢性肾炎的疗效。[方法]采用补阳还五汤加味(生黄芪、当归、赤芍、地龙、川芎、桃仁、红花等)治疗本病60例,并设对照组,观察两组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、尿微量蛋白、肝功能、血液流变学及甘油三酯、胆固醇变化。[结果]治疗组对慢性肾炎疗效显著,总有效率为93.3%,优于对照组的46.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);且治疗组能显著降低24 h尿蛋白定量、尿微量蛋白,提高血白蛋白及总蛋白,同时改善血液流变学及血脂指标,治疗前后比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]补阳还五汤对慢性肾炎有补气活血的功效,可缓解症状,起到改善蛋白尿、降低血脂的作用。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction of Chinese medicine on treating chronic nephritis.[Methods] The patients of two groups were treated with the same basic method excepting that the treatment group was given with modified Buyang Huanwu decoction and the control group was given with ACEI and Persantin.The 24 hours quantity of proteinuria,trace protein in urine,liver function,hemorheology,triglycerides and cholesterol were compared before and after the treatment.[Results] The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3% and was better than that in the control group（46.7%）（P0.05）.Meanwhile,the treatment group could significant decrease 24 hours quantity of proteinuria and trace protein in urine and increase blood albumin and total protein as well as improve hemorheology and blood fat.There was a significant difference between treatment and control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion] Modified Buyang Huanwu decoction has significant curative effect on chronic nephritis.
