温针灸对奥沙利铂化疗后外周神经毒性的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察温针灸对奥沙利铂化疗后外周神经毒性的治疗作用。[方法]采用按随机数字表法随机分为对照试验,将76例符合纳入标准的化疗后出现外周神经毒性的胃肠道肿瘤患者分为温针灸组(38例)和对照组(38例)。温针灸组采用针灸加艾灸治疗,对照组使用神经妥乐平注射液。[结果]温针灸组在治疗化疗后神经毒性分级、生活质量方面与传统药物神经妥乐平组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]应用温针灸治疗由奥沙利铂引起的外周神经毒性具有较好的效果。[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on peripheral neurotoxicity caused by oxaliplatin and look for the effective treatment method for it.[Methods] Using randomized controlled trial 76 patients with gastrointestinal tumor,which met with the inclusion criteria and appeared peripheral neurotoxicity after chemotherapy were randomly divided into warm acupuncture and moxibustion group（38 cases） and the control group（38 cases）.The patients in warm in normal group were treated with acupuncture plus moxibustion.The patients in control group were treated with Neurotropin,4 mg,intramuscular injection every day for a treatment course of 21 days together.[Results] The difference of neurotoxic classification and the quality of life between the two groups after the treatment were significant（P0.05）.[Conclusion] The treatment effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on peripheral neurotoxicity caused by oxaliplatin is satisfactory.
