摘　　要：[目的]建立原料药头孢地嗪钠中聚合物含量的测定方法。[方法]用凝胶色谱柱,采用自身对照外标法,测定头孢地嗪钠原料中聚合物含量。[结果]头孢地嗪缔合物在17.83～178.26 g/L范围内,以及头孢地嗪聚合物在5.237～50.041 g/L范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。[结论]该方法操作简单,准确,灵敏度高。[Objective] To establish the method for determination of the polymers in Cefodizime Sodium in crude Drugs.[Methods] The polymers analyzer was used with Sephadex G-10 column.The self control external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.[Results] The linear ranges of the associations in Cefodizime and the polymers in Cefodizime were 17.83～178.26 g/L and 5.237~50.041 g/L.[Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.
