摘　　要：随着高校大学生党员队伍的不断壮大,凸显出来的是学生党员发展后期的教育管理的问题。然而,过去对他们的教育管理有所忽视,其教育方法与形势发展也有所不相适应。文章阐述的是一项探索适应高校学生党建工作创新模式,它有效地贯穿了对学生党员的教育管理、素质提升和发挥先锋模范作用的工作实践。With the rapid increasing of the party members of college students,the education management of the student party members is highlighted.However,this issue was ignored in the past,and the education method was not somewhat suitable for the development of the situation.In this article an innovative mode on university party construction is explored,which is an effective practice of the student party members＇ education management,their quality promotion and their exemplary role.
