摘  要:目的:优选增免强力颗粒的最佳制粒工艺。方法:以喷雾制粒后颗粒的含水量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交法优选流化床喷雾制粒的最佳工艺。结果:流化床喷雾制粒的影响因素程度依次为:A(浸膏相对密度)>B(进风温度)>C(进风量)>D(喷浆速度);最佳流化床喷雾制粒方案为:清浸膏相对密度1.25、进风温度80℃、进风量1 500 m3/h、喷浆速度40 mL/min。结论:确定了增免强力颗粒合理的制粒工艺。Objective:To optimize the best granulation technology of Zengmian Qiangli Granula.Methods:The L9(34)orthogonal experimental design was applied to optimize the fluidized-bed and spray-dried granulation technology with the water content of particles as the observing index after the spray granulation.Results:The sequence of the affecting degrees of the influencing factors was as follows:A(relative density of the extract) B(temperature of air entry) C(quantity of air entry) D(spraying speed).The optimum scheme of fluidized-bed and spray-dried granulation technology was as follows:relative density of the extract,1.25,temperature of air entry,80 ℃,quantity of air entry,1 500 m3/h and spraying speed,40 mL/min.Conclusion:The reasonable granulation technology of Zengmian Qiangli Granula is determined.
