活血降糖饮对糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察活血降糖饮对糖尿病肾病患者临床疗效及尿微量白蛋白的影响。方法:将58例24 h尿微量白蛋白30-300mg的糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用活血降糖饮合二甲双胍治疗,对照组用二甲双胍治疗。两组均以2周为1疗程。观察临床疗效并检测血粘度、24 h尿微量白蛋白及排泄率水平。结果:治疗后,治疗组24 h尿微量白蛋白及排泄率下降,血脂及血粘度下降,两组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。活血降糖饮能降低血脂,改善血液的粘聚状态,减少尿微量白蛋白的排出。结论:活血降糖饮能降低糖尿病患者血脂,减少尿微量白蛋白。其作用机制可能是改善血液的粘聚状态,使血液通畅,改善糖、脂代谢紊乱,调节肾成纤维细胞增殖凋亡,影响肾血流动力学,提高大鼠肾皮质活力。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and influence of Huoxuejiangtangyin on U-Albumin of diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods：Fifty-eight diabetic patients with 24-hour urinary albumin of 30~300mg were randomly divided into the treatment group（treated with Huoxuejiangtangyin plus metformin） and the control group（treated with metformin） with a treatment course of two weeks.The clinical efficacy was observed and blood viscosity,the 24-hour urinary albumin and excretion rate levels were measured.Results：The levels of 24-hour urinary albumin and excretion rate levels decreased as well as lipid and blood viscosity in the treatment group.Comparison between the two groups showed a significant difference（P0.05 or P0.01）.Huoxuejiangtangyin could reduce the levels of lipids,improve the blood cohesion and reduce urinary albumin excretion.Conclusion：Huoxuejiangtangyin can reduce blood lipids and urinary albumin of diabetic patients.The mechanism may be to improve the cohesion state of the blood to make the blood flow smoothly,improve the glucose and lipid metabolism disorders,regulate renal fibroblast proliferation and apoptosis,affect renal hemodynamics,and increase renal cortex vitality.
