桂枝人参汤加味对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的干预研究

摘　　要：目的:观察桂枝人参汤加味对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者症关及体质量及血脂的影响。方法:将60例患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组给以桂枝人参汤加味水提剂,对照组给以罗格列酮片4 mg,每日1次,2月为1疗程,治疗2疗程。观测血脂的变化,比较患者体质量指数和腰臀围指数,并按照症状积分比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组BMI、WHR均有所下降,与治疗前相比有极显著差异(P<0.01),两组患者的TC、TG、LDL、VLDL明显降低,HDL明显升高,与治疗前相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为71.0%,治疗组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝人参汤加味可调节IR患者脂代谢,减轻肥胖,明显改善IR患者的临床症状,其疗效优于西药罗格列酮。Objective：To observe the effect of modified Guizhi Renshen Decoction on the symptoms and serum lipids of type 2 diabetic patients with insulin resistance.Methods：60 cases divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases for each group according to the visiting sequence.The treatment group was given water extract of modified Guizhi Renshen Decoction while the control group was administered 4 mg of Rosiglitazone tablets,once a day with two months as a course of treatment.All the patients received two courses of treatment.Changes of the serum lipids were observed;Body Mass Index（BMI） and waist-hip ratio（WHR） of the patients were compared;the treatment efficacies of both groups were compared according to the symptom scores.Results：BMI and WHR in both groups decreased and the differences were remarkable compared with those before treatment（P0.01）.TC,TG,LDL,VLDL in both groups decreased greatly while HDL increased significantly with extremely remarkable difference compared with those before the treatment（P0.01）.The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,which was superior to that of the control group with a rate of 71.0%（P0.05）.Conclusion：Modified Guizhi Renshen Decoction can regulate the lipid metabolism of IR patients,alleviate obesity and remarkably improve the clinical symptoms of IR patients with a better therapeutic efficacy than the western medicine Rosiglitazone.
