清肝镇心解毒汤对脑卒中后抑郁症事件相关电位N 400的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨清肝镇心解毒汤对脑卒中后抑郁症(PSD)的治疗作用及其对事件相关电位N 400的影响。方法:将78例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例,治疗组采用自拟清肝镇心解毒汤治疗;对照组应用盐酸文拉法辛缓释胶囊(怡诺思胶囊)治疗。2月为1疗程。检测方法:采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价患者疗效,应用MEB-9104 K诱发电位仪检测事件相关电位N 400,从而综合评价中西药治疗效果并对比。结果:治疗组在改善症状及改变诱发电位方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清肝镇心解毒法对PSD有更好治疗效果,优于该西药疗法。Objective：To study Qinggan Zhenxin Jiedu Decoction＇s influence on the treatment of Post-stroke Depression（PSD） and its action on related potential N400.Methods：A total number of 78 patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group（39 cases） and the control group（39 cases） in which Qinggan Zhenxin Jiedu Decoction and Venlafaxine sustained-release capsules were given for two months as a period of treatment respectively.Methods：Hamilton depression scale（HAMD） was applied to assess curative effects and ME B-9104K evoked potential detector was used to detect related potential N400,thus comprehensive evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapeutic effect and contrast were made.Results：The treatment group is significantly better than control group in improvements of symptoms and changes in evoked potential aspects,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Qinggan Zhenxin Jiedu decoction has better therapeutic effects on PSD treatment than western medicine.
