甘草泻心汤调节湿热内蕴体质的临证应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨甘草泻心汤临证的特点和机理。方法:运用中医学"体质学说"的理论,分析甘草泻心汤证的治疗机理,明确其临证应用的指征和辨证特点。结果:甘草泻心汤能够调节湿热内蕴患者的体质,对体质学说分类的"湿热质"患者出现的各种不适症状有较好的效果。结论:湿热质是甘草泻心汤临证应用的主要体质,掌握甘草泻心汤临证应用的指征和辨证特点能够提高其临床应用的效果。Objective：To discuss the characteristics and mechanism of Gancao Xiexin Decoction in clinical application.Methods：TCM constitution theory was used to analyze the treatment mechanism of Gancao Xiexin Decoction and identify the indications and characteristics of syndrome differentiation in clinical application.Results：Gancao Xiexin Decoction could regulate the constitution with accumulation of damp-heat in the body.It had good effects on different discomforts of patients with ＂damp-heat constitution＂ classified according to TCM constitution theory.Conclusion：＂Damp-heat＂ constitution is mainly the one treated by Gancao Xiexin Decoction in clinical application.A good command of the indications and characteristics of syndrome differentiation of Gancao Xiexin Decoction will improve its curative effects in clinical application.
