捏脊疗法治疗小儿脾胃虚弱证的机理探讨

摘　　要：探讨捏脊治疗小儿脾胃虚弱证的机理。方法:通过中医调和阴阳,培补元气,运行气血,舒经通络,健脾益气,和胃消积等治法治疗小儿脾胃虚弱证,探讨其机理。结果:通过捏脊疗法可以调整小儿脾胃虚弱证的阴阳气血,使之处于平衡状态。结论:捏脊疗法对治疗小儿脾胃虚弱证有良好的效果。Objective：To discuss the mechanism of knead ridge therapy in treating children with spleen and stomach weakness.Methods：The treatment methods of regulating yin and yang,tonifying vitality,promoting qi and blood,smoothing meridian and collateral,strengthening spleen and tonifying qi,harmonizing stomach and removing food retention was conducted to treat children with spleen and stomach weakness and its mechanism was discussed.Results：Knead ridge therapy could regulate the yin,yang,qi and blood of the children with spleen and stomach weakness in order to reach equilibrium.Conclusion：Knead ridge therapy has good effect in treating children with spleen and stomach weakness.
