清代河南荥阳医家的田野考察

摘　　要：目的：探讨河南历代医家的多元面相，深入理解河南历代医家的区域特点。方法：通过人类学的田野考察和个案分析方法，以河南荥阳地区为例，搜集当地现存有关清代以来荥阳医家的民闻历史文献。结果：挖掘了许多清代以来河南荥阳医家的家谱、碑刻、墓志等民间历史文献，内容涉及荥阳医家的生平事迹、行医过程、医承关系、学术思想等诸多内容。结论：这些民间历史文献的挖掘有助于丰富河南医家的形象、发现河南医家之间的师承关系及理解河南中医世家形成的内在机制。Objective： To explore the diverse profiles of ancient TCM doctors in Henan Province through the ages and have a deep understanding of the regional characteristics of ancient TCM doctors in Henan Province. Methods： Through anthropological fieldwork and case analysis, Xingyang was taken as a case study and the existing folk historical documents about TCM doctors in Xingyang from the Qing Dynasty were collected. Results ： The family tree, inscriptions, epitaphs and other private historical documents of TCM doctors in Xingyang since the Qing Dynasty were excavated, which involved the life stories, practice processes, medical commitment relations and academic thoughts of these doctors. Conclusions： The excavation of these folk historical literatures is helpful to enrich the images of TCM doctors in Henan, discover the medical commitment relations between these doctors and understand the internal mechanism of family of great doctors of TCM in Henan Province.
