摘 要:在岛津AG-225TA万能试验机平台上,利用自行开发的工装,选用半新轮胎进行了车辆荷载下载重轮胎接地行为的试验研究。结果发现:同样的车辆荷载下,轮胎在刚性路面和柔性路面具有不同的接地面积和接地形状。通过对试验数据的处理,给出了轮胎在不同类型路面接地面积的计算公式和接地形状量化公式。With self-design and self-manufactured instruments and Shimadzu AG-225TA universal testing machine,the contact characteristics of lorry tire was researched experimentally in the paper.It is confirmed that the area and the shape of printer of lorry tire contacted with surface of road are influenced by the type of pavements.It has more area when lorry tire contacts with flexible pavements than with rigid pavements under same vehicle load.The contact area calculated with different equations varies with pavements type which tire are driven on.With the experimental results,the equations of the area and the way to numerate the shape of tire's printer are given.
