头顶一颗珠及其提取物的二维红外光谱研究

摘　　要：采用傅里叶变换红外光谱并借助于二阶导数谱以及二维相关红外光谱法,研究头顶一颗珠原药材及其提取物所含化学成分的红外光谱整体变化规律。结果显示:头顶一颗珠原药材在1 743 cm-1、1 653 cm-1、1 415 cm-1、1 376 cm-1、1 154 cm-1、1 078 cm-1、1 016 cm-1等处有特征吸收,通过以上峰位和峰形的比较可对头顶一颗珠药材进行真伪鉴别。头顶一颗珠石油醚部位中主要是油脂类成分,乙酸乙酯部位主要是黄酮苷和苯丙素类成分,正丁醇部位富含以薯蓣皂苷元为苷元的甾体皂苷。通过分析比较药材和不同提取部位的红外谱图,可宏观把握药材的信息,从而为化学成分的微观分析提供参考。The change rules of infrared spectrum of Rhizoma et Radix Trillii and its extracts were studied by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,the second derivative,and 2D-IR correlation spectroscopy.The characteristic absorption bands of IR spectrum of Rhizoma et Radix Trillii are at 1 743 cm-1,1 653 cm-1,1 415 cm-1,1 376 cm-1,1 154 cm-1,1 078 cm-1,1 016 cm-1 respectively.Rhizoma et Radix Trillii can be identified through the comparison of these peak positions and peak profiles.The main ingredients of Rhizoma et Radix Trillii petroleum ether fraction are fats and oils.There are flavonoid glycosides and phenylpropanoids in the ethyl acetate extract,and steroidal saponins in the n-butanol fraction of Rhizoma et Radix Trillii.Rhizoma et Radix Trillii can be investigated by analyzing and comparing the infrared spectra,which will provide the reference of microscopic analysis for chemical composition.
