中国中部六省利用外资效率的比较研究

摘　　要：基于2002—2008年的统计数据,设定出考察中部六省利用外资效率水平的十项指标,借助SPSS13.0统计软件,运用主成分分析法分别对各年份指标进行综合,得出利用外资效率水平指数。运用聚类分析,将中部六省分为两类:第一类为安徽、江西、湖北,其利用外资效率水平在中部平均水平之上;第二类为山西、河南、湖南,其利用外资效率水平在中部平均水平之下。然后分别对其利用外资效率水平进行评价,并探讨其原因。最后为中部六省利用外资效率水平的提升提出了对策建议。Based on the statistical data from 2002 to 2008,ten evaluation indexes that reflect the utilization efficiency of FDI for the six provinces in central China are obtained by analysis and calculation.Then this paper uses PCA（Principal Component Analysis） to integrate the ten evaluation indexes into the efficiency index by the statistical software SPSS13.0.According to cluster analysis,the six provinces are divided into two categories： the first kind is Anhui,Jiangxi,Hubei,and the second kind is Shanxi,Henan,Hunan.The utilization efficiency level of the first kind is above the average level of the six provinces in central China,whereas the utilization efficiency level of the second kind is below the average level.After that,this paper respectively evaluates the utilization efficiency of FDI,and then explores the reasons.In the last part,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions to improve the utilization efficiency of FDI of the six provinces in central China.
