摘 要:利用工业CT(ICT)研究粉末注射成形坯内部的密度分布,并重点研究注射坯内气孔的形成规律。研究表明,注射坯中沿着喂料的流动方向,中间的密度较高;而在垂直于喂料的流动方向,两边的密度高于中间的密度。注射坯内部气孔的出现与注射参数关系密切:当注射压力小于50 MPa、注射温度高于180℃、体积流率高于70 cm3/s时,气孔出现的概率明显增大。CT无损检测技术可应用于粉末注射成形的质量检测,进而应用于粉末注射成形智能控制系统的开发。The industrial CT(ICT) was introduced to study the density distribution and formation of porosities in the green bodies from powder injection molding.It was found that the densities in middle part of green bodies were higher than other parts along the injection direction,and the density at edges were higher than those at middle along the direction perpendicular to the injection direction.The emergence of pores was related to the process parameters,and the probability of the emergence of pores increased as the injection pressure less than 50 MPa,the injection temperature higher than 180 ℃ or the rate of volume flow higher than 70 cm3/s.It was proved that the non-destructive x-ray computed tomography technique could be applied in the quality inspection of the green bodies.Furthermore,which could be applied in the development of PIM intelligent control system.
