摘 要:大型三相高压异步电动机装配中经常出现甩水环擦V型密封圈故障,导致异音、轴承温升高、冒烟、异味等,严重影响了电机的正常使用及轴承的使用寿命。由于该故障现象一般都是在电机装配完成后进入试验时才体现出来,造成电机装配返工量大,且影响电机的生产工期及正常交货。通过对影响甩水环轴向位置的各零部件尺寸进行分析,提出通过调整转轴上固定甩水环的孔的轴向位置,改变转轴部件加工工序等,控制了甩水环的轴向装配位置,以解决该故障。实际生产证明,该方法简单有效,彻底杜绝了电动机擦甩水环故障,提高了电机的装配质量。The rejecting-water ring fault in large-scale high voltage three-phase asynchronous motor assembly often occurs,because the rejecting-water ring scrapes with V-ring,resulting in abnormal noise,bearing temperature rise,smoke,odor,etc.seriously affected the normal use of the motor and bearing life.Since the phenomenon of the fault occurs when the motor assembly was finished and tested,The fault will result in large motor assembly reworking and production period of the motor and abnormal delivery.Through analyzing the axial dimensions of the accessories effecting rejecting-water ring on the axial position,the author resolved the fault by adjusting bore's axial location on shaft and changing the shaft machininging processes to control the rejecting-water ring's axial position.Actual production showed that the proposed method was simple and effective,and completely eliminated the failures,improved the quality of the motor assembly.
