摘  要:研究了一种深水固井用低温早强剂。该早强剂主要由固体PC-DA21S与液体PC-DA21L两部分组成,在满足稠化时间的同时,在低温10℃情况下14h形成支撑套管的3.5 MPa强度,24h达到6.9 MPa,3d水泥块强度达到19.6 MPa的高强度,甚至在低温3℃时也表现出较好的早强效果。该早强剂增稠现象不明显,水溶性好,也不含氯离子,有利于保护油井套管;且价格低廉,材料来源广泛,对环境无污染,可以满足未来500~2000 m水深的表层固井及技术套管固井作业需求。Because of the low-temperature of deepwater,the hydration velocity of normal 'G' grade oil well cement hydration is slow or almost zero at low temperature of 10℃ or lower,and the early intensity of cement is low and unable form an effective strength in 8hr or 24h,which cause the cementing can't proceed smoothly.The author aims to provide a low temperature early strength agent PC-DA21S(L),it is used in deep water cementing,which is mainly composed of organic materials and inorganic materials.PC-DA21S(L) can satisfy the requirements of thickening time,meanwhile,it can guarantee that at 10℃,the cement strength is 3.5MPa of 10hr which can support the casing,6.9MPa of 24 hours,and even 19.6MPa at 3 days.The early strength is also excellent at 3℃.The water-soluble early strength agent PC-DA21S(L),which contains no chloride ion and doesn't cause thickening agent,can help protect the well casing.And it's low cost,extensive material source and no pollution to environment.The early strength agent can fulfill the requirement of surface casing cementing between 500~2000 meters.
