摘 要:研制新型的钻井液处理剂和性能优良的钻井液体系,是解决深井和超深井钻进过程中面临的问题的重要途径。井越深,温度越高,高温会对钻井液体系产生严重影响;钻井液密度越高,其流变性能越难以控制。选择优良降粘剂、降滤失剂、井壁稳定剂等钻井液添加剂,配制了抗高温高密度钻井液体系,初步分析了处理剂的作用机理,研制了一套抗高温(200℃)的高密度(2.2g/cm3)水基钻井液体系,全面评价其各项性能。结果表明,该水基钻井液体系性能稳定,可以满足深井钻井的要求。A new type of drilling fluid system is designed which is treatment agent and excellent performance is an important for solving problems in deep and ultra-deep wells drilling.The deeper the well is,the higher the temperature would be.High temperature has serious effect on drilling fluids.The higher the density is,the more difficult proeperty is controlled for rheological.The drilling fluid additives are chosen,including viscosity reduction agent of high temperature calcium and salt resistant,filtration reducer,borehole stabilizers.The high temperature resisting drilling fluids are compounded,the function mechanism of the treatment agent is preliminarily analyzed,a series of the high temperature resistance(200℃) and high density(2.2g/cm3) drilling fluids are developed,and the properties of the drilling fluids are comprehensively evaluated.The results indicate that this system is steady.It can meet the needs for deep drilling.
