摘　　要：湖北省荆州市太湖农场的桃花村具有一定的旅游资源和庞大的客源市场,在品牌知名度方面也有一定优势,但是亦存在诸多劣势。为了有效解决桃花村农家乐旅游开发过程中出现的问题,为其今后的发展方向提供思路,采用SWOT分析法分析了荆州桃花村农家乐旅游开发的各项因素,可为该地区的农家乐发展方案提供参考。The Taohua Village of Taihu farm in Jinzhou has vast tourism resources and huge tourist market,brand awareness in a certain degree.However it has many problems too.In order to solve the problems effectively for Taohua Village in the process of development and provide good ideas for the development direction in the future,SWOT analysis was used to analyze the various factors,and it can provide reference solutions for tourism development in the region.
