摘 要:通过盆栽试验探讨了不同浓度Pb离子对高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea Schreb.)生长及抗氧化生理特性的影响。结果表明,在Pb胁迫处理下,高羊茅生物量随着Pb离子浓度的增加和胁迫时间的延长而减少,其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈先高后低的趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量则逐步递增。由此表明,重金属胁迫对高羊茅影响明显,尤其在高浓度和长时间胁迫下,高羊茅的生长受到明显抑制。Through the pot experiment,the influence of heavy metal Pb in different concentrations on the growth and antioxidative physiology of stipa grandis(Festuca arundinacea Schreb.) was studied.The result indicates that: with the increasing of the Pb ion concentration and the extension of time,the fresh weight of stipa grandis reduced;SOD and POD activity showed a trend of rising and then falling;the content of MDA gradually increased.Thus,it seems that heavy metal Pb obviously influenced stipa grandis.Especially under the intimidation of high-concentration and extension of time,the stipa grandis was obviously inhibited to grow.
